Where are you located?
We’re a private studio in Ontario, California. To keep the space safe and focused, the exact address is shared once your booking or pickup is confirmed.
How fast can you turn around an order?
Most print jobs are ready in 48 hours after proof approval, custom apparel in 5–10 business days, and photo galleries in 5–7 days. Rush options are available — just ask.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Shoots and custom orders are confirmed with a deposit, which goes toward your final total. You’ll get a secure payment link with your quote.
Can you help if I don’t have a design?
Absolutely. Design help is included with custom apparel and print orders, and full branding is available at Terminal 03.
Do you ship?
Custom and print orders can be picked up in Ontario or delivered across the Inland Empire; shipping is available on request.
